Attainment

Students are well prepared for the next stage of their education and successfully transfer to Post 16 placements. Students move from The Park to either further education colleges or school-based sixth form provisions.

Staff set aspirational targets for all students across all accredited subjects. Maths and English target grades are set after baseline assessments have been completed upon entry to the school. All other targets are set for Key Stage 3 and then revised at the start of Key Stage 4. All students are informed of these targets once set and are reminded of them half termly.

 

Maths

  • Ten students passed GCSE Math
  • Twenty-two students passed Entry Level Maths.
  • Eleven students passed Level 1 Number and Measure.
  • Nine students passed Level 2 Number and Measure.

English

  • Nine students passed GCSE English 
  • Twenty-two students passed Level 1 & 2 Functional Skills English.
  • One student passed Entry Level Functional Skills English.

Science

  • Twenty-two students passed Entry Level Science.
  • One student achieved a GCSE in Chemistry.

ICT

  • Eleven students passed Digital Functional Skills Qualification (DFSQ) in ICT.

Art

  • Ten students passed GCSE Art.

Food Technology

  • Eleven students passed ASDAN accreditation in Food Technology.
  • Ten students passed BTEC Level 1 Award in Home Cooking Skills.

History

  • Sixteen students passed Entry Level History.
  • Fourteen students passed ASDAN accreditation in History
